Floors Won T Change Material Revit

Hello everyone i just took over a project that another drafter was working on already and i noticed that the floor surface pattern is not shown in the plan view.

Specify the desired angle to which you would like to rotate the material s pattern. There are two keywords for this material long carpet and short carpet. In the material browser select the material to change in the project materials list. Any ideas where this setting might be located.
